It was published in 2013. Photos and story in this publication are perhaps unknown to the general public, but the accurate history." Know what I got back? A rambling, lengthy VERY nasty, VERY hostile, name-calling, ugly, vitriolic, rude letter... accompanied by references to "American Heritage" magazine (they published a very erroneous article on the subject years ago) and other internet "sources" which are also very incorrect. Imagine that! Using incorrect "source" references to "prove" that another reference is accurate! THIS is how the internet works... and this is why we (as in the general public) will probably never know a lot of facts that are so easily buried in ignorance. DIY "pedias" and internet trolls will make sure that myths continue disguised as hard facts and one dare not say otherwise. For some reason this remains one of the most volatile subjects in Packard history... and those who argue on behalf of the "myth" version that is most believed today tend to be inclined to make the MOST acidic, vitriolic responses to any corrections on this subject. The people making these violently erroneous responses act as if somehow THEY know the real history, while someone possessing Mr. Anthony's papers does not! This is the most amazing, bizarre phenomenon ever in relation to Packard history. The books, articles... the internet... are wrong. If "everybody" says the moon is made of green cheese, they must be right! Right? Might is right and the many against the few means the many triumph. But attempting to correct the many boils down to the utter futility of fighting against mob rule. All I can say is "forgive them, Lord, for they know not what they do..."

And the saying. Tell a lie long enough. It becomes true. (Known as true). These hacks. Are what are coming out of schools. College degree with a 6th grade education.
