There is an Oct 2018 episode of the TV show "Mysteries of the Abandoned" where the Packard factory is the second or third of the featured stories. Several minutes long with lots of views of the exterior and interior along with narration by the hosts as to their versions of why Packard failed and the factory was abandoned. Some comments are factual, some glossed over, and some I think could have stood a bit more research and explanation but still interesting. There are several nice views of the bridge before it fell down. A nice 54 Clipper and part of the 53 commercial where the driver just touches the Easamatic brake pedal to stop the car is also shown.

The episode in question is season 3 #5 with the title of America's Doomsday Town. It can be watched on Amazon prime for $1.99 and probably other outlets or undoubtedly will be in reruns again on The Discovery Channel and the like.
