I have seen this car on Ebay for some time now. First time I saw it for sale on ebay it was 199,000, the second time they raised the price to 329,000!!!!! This car sold at the Bonhams auction in Philadelphia Pa last year the winning bid: 107,000 and yeah for that price it was a bargain! Just goes to show big ticket items=slow sellers.

Because the image you posted is only 64 wide and 48 high and when the software expands it to post it all you get is a blurry image. You need to post a much higher res image.

It's not a phaeton, which is why the price "seemed" so low. It's a seven-passenger touring.

What's the difference between a phaeton & a touring? Or is touring a fancy word for conv sedan?

BDC, a "Touring" was a popular body style at one time, but was pretty much a thing of the past by 1934; in fact that may be the last year it was offered as a factory body style. It's more closely related to a phaeton than a convertible sedan, you might think of it as a phaeton with jump seats and seating for 7.

Here it is for 1934 in the Eight (1101) version. What I find a bit curious about this artist's rendition of the Touring is that it lacks the carriage type closed loop exterior door handles normally associated with the Touring style, note the auction car does have that carriage type handle.
