Hi,
I have a small crack in the front brake line junction (Grp 1.606, part 465886), probably caused by overtightening. This is where the brake fluid from Treadlevac splits to front left and right lines and includes a socket for the Torsion/Brake switch (which i converted to 2-prong with PNW kit).

I do not see one for sale anywhere that would be even close to a drop in fit.
Thinking of seeing if Mike D has one or converting to 2 3-way junctions in line and use p-clamps to hold lines in place.

Has anyone replaced one of these lately and know where to get one or have other ideas?

thx
Bob

I would almost bet that was a Packard made or specific item not found at a local parts store and unless by miracle a vendor has NOS, used will be the only option.

Unless someone on the forum has a parts car and offers one first, definitely try Mike Dulinski. With all his cars he should be able to come up with one. If you cannot find used, with a bit of Frankenstein configuration a functional junction could be made out of modern fittings.

Bob,

Thank you for the kind words. One of the things I like best about Packards is the great people we get to meet that own these wonderful vehicles.

Hopefully we can help more folks in the future by providing parts to get their Packard back on the road at affordable prices.

We have over 1,000 Packard related items currently listed on eBay with hundreds of them for just $5.00 plus we have a building full of thousands of more Packard parts that we have not even listed yet.

Here is a link to our eBay items if anyone is interested or please send us an email at Packardssouthwest@gmail.com with any parts that you are looking for.

Thank you, Gerry
