And while you're at it, get a proper upper radiator hose; those flex hoses place undue strain on the radiator neck which sooner or later can lead to a nasty leak.

The So Cal region of PI reproduces them in bronze. They are far stouter that stamped sheet metal oem ones and should out last you and the car.

OEM on the left, bronze one (in primer) on the right.

Stainless steel is probably as close as you will come in individual screws that long unless you get an assortment of chromed screws in an interior kit from a Ford or Chevy place. Macshttp://macsautoparts.com/ or Danchukhttp://www.danchuk.com/Categories.aspx?ID=b1f0236f-06c5-4323-8d97-339a94ccd56d have kits but not sure if sizes are listed. Here is one place that has stainless. I believe those are #8's but won't swear to it.http://www.boltdepot.com/material.aspx?cc=11&cs=46 MrG'shttp://www.mrgusa.com/index.html has some long chrome screws and maybe a possibility.

KK,

Have a look at this thread from the Modification Forum.

Or source a pair of spindles, shouldn't be too hard to find, and go with the OC option.
