1956 Packard Panther website update!

After a few years, I have changed host servers and updated and expanded myhttp://www.1956PackardPanther.com website.

I reorganized the front page at add Kevin's 1955 400 restoration project. There will be more to come on this over the next few weeks.

I simplified my Panther project, but there's nothing new in terms of work progress on the car.

I modified the Packard V-8 Club pages. No longer is a password required to access some of the pages. Also, in agreement with BigKev, I'm referencing PackardInfo.com site for chat, forums and further information.

Paul's 1956 Exec is unchanged, but I will be adding additional pictures.

Check it out. If you find any broken links, or other anomalies, reply here.

NOTE: since I just changed the DNS, it might be a few hours before your local DNS (especially out of USA) is updated. If you get a "website not found" message, wait a few hours and try again.

Craig

Craig, your link to the Service Bulletin Index should point to this address:

https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/serviceinfo/seriesindex.php?series=1

That is the index the Brian put together for the 55/56 years.

Craig, thanks for the website link. I was not aware it was available. Looks like you have some good information there for us V-8ers.

Yours was one of the first Packard-related sites I ever visited online, Craig. I'll be sure to go back and check it out!

Thanks to owner Paul Delaney and Ross Miller's Speedwell Garage, Everett Hatch's 1956 "Big Bad Clipper" has been restored to original street & strip configuration. New pictures are on pages 3 & 4 of the Packard V-8 Club Pressroom "Big Bad Clipper" article from August 1957 Hot Rod Magazine:

It was also at the recent PAC National in Gettysburg. We all enjoyed seeing it (and hearing it!). IIRC it also won a National Class award.
