Selling 3 packards: 1: 1951 Parts Car 4 door - doors off but there. Motor turned over 2 yrs ago so probably still will, with bill of sale 2: 1952 4 door that has brake drums off & baking plates painted with new brake lines in car. Motor ran 2 yrs ago & car drove in yard, comes with a title. 3: 1953 Mayfair 2 Door Hard Top - Maroon and Cream with leather, 4bbl carb 327 engine, power brakes, radio, etc, comes with title. this car has rusted floor and trunk pans, lower quarters, etc. Engine stuck. Would make beautiful car by r/r floor pans with the 1952 4 door & placing on that frame, which I think is painted also. $1500.00 for all 3. Buyer Picks up or we will have to charge for hauling. Contact Rick at 503-881-9714 cell phone or email reichlein yahoo.com.

G'day Mal, That 327 with 4 BBL will shoe horn into that 41 - 120 of yours, and with that R9 O/D will pull 45 mph in O/D first. It would make those Subaru's think twice about the inside lane overtake in Sydney traffic. Just a thought!!!!. P.S. I have some real fun with "hot" BMW's in Canberra and they get a real shock with the bored out 327 and R6 O'D in the 38-120. Peter Toet

Peter Packard or Peter Street Sleeper?

The Hot Rodder in you is crying out to be released but so far you're managing to keep it under reasonable control, for now anyway!

Yeah - I'd like to do that, but a pair of front discs would be a prerequisite before anything else!

If anyone buys these, I would be interested in the 327 with the 4 barrel. I unfortunately, can't buy the whole car.

I would prefer a "period" look, with high compression heads, higher compression ratio pistons, boxed piston rods, 4 1bbl downdraft carbs (or Hilborn fuel injection), a hot cam, etc, 4 spped stick,...in something like a chopped and channeled '51-'53 Clipper.
