May get a better idea of color in these seat pictures, and by the way, can you get kits to match these seats? The body color will be a much lighter color, as shown, it looks like a mint green, but would sure like to know correct color? thats the body color, not the seat color.

This website has all the color choices for your car. Here is a chart showing what was available for 1954 Packard.

http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/aclchip.aspx?image=1954-packard-pg01.jpg

It shows 9 two tone combinations, they were available on all models not just Caribbean.

Not all available colors are shown on this page. Some were carried over from previous years, you have to look at previous pages back to 1949 to see them all.

It also shows the factory color codes. If you find the code on your car it will tell you what the original color was.

The cars in the pictures seem to be Bellevue Green.

Also all the color codes are available here on the website (click Paint X-Ref to the left). Many of the color paint chip sheets are also available here in the LIterature Area for future reference.

I'm under the impression that there were only 4 paint schemes available on the 54 Caribbean - there were only 4 interior choices, according the the Salesman's Data Book.

The page I linked to is from a Ditzler paint company catalog showing all available colors for 1954. Before you take this too literally, carryover colors are listed but paint chips are not shown. You have to look at the previous years' pages for them.

The catalog describes 9 2tone combinations as available and gives the codes but does not specify which were Caribbean.

A Big Christmas Thankyou Rusty. Great Website. Lots of books too you can buy.
On my picture, is the buttons correct on front seat? Can't remember seeing them before on pictures for 54 ?

You can buy already cut pieces of leather for your car, just need to find people who have them?

Yes Bellevue Green seems very close, and so pleased its a 54 Packard Color. Just be great to get a two tone pre cut kit, then all my wife has to do is sew them. sewing and making custumes is her job. You can buy Vinyl paint, but what about leather. Heres the color chart.

did have this color spray, a bit doubtful though?

Says Classic Coat Aerosols

CLASSIC COAT uses advanced technology to provide superior adhesion and flexibility when changing or restoring the color of most leather and vinyl. CLASSIC COAT is a fade resistant coating that won't chip or peel and is available in many of today's popular OEM colors.

So is the Galahad green the darker green?

I dont think you are going to find a pre cut kit for a Packard. You will be buying leather hides which will have to be cut, shaped and sewed.
