Very nice shot... 1940-42 maybe? That's a 1940 Nash in the foreground and it looks fairly new.

Well, not "when they were new" but courtesy of the CCCA, here's a photo from an early Caravan; judging by the "modern" cars the time is in the early 60s? Appears to be a Marmon V16 in the left foreground.

Touring with CCCA must have been really great back then, usually one of the major oil companies paid for all the gasoline! Anyone here ever been on one?

I see a '59 Cadillac, a '58 Ford, and a '59 Pontiac. Several men still wearing hats. So... I think you are right very early 60's. I think I see four Packards (but then I'm lousy at identifying pre-war Packards from the rear).
