Does anyone have a good used water jacket cover for a 1936 Business sedan?
It has a 139" wheelbase and I think it is a 1400 series?
On the delivery nameplate it says
Vehicle Number 4th 914 273
Date 10/26/35

The 120 motor doesn't use a water jacket cover plate.

G'day Jcarguy,

I invite you to include your '36 120 Eight Sedan in the Packard Owner's Registry.

I corrected my description, I did speak with someone at Kantor Auto Products, and it was a bit confusing to me.
He told me it was a business sedan as it has jump seats.
It has a 139" wheelbase and I think it is a 1400 series?
The plate on the car says:
On the delivery nameplate it says
Vehicle Number 4th 914 273
Date 10/26/35
Thank you for your help

OK, that clears it up, your car is not a 120 as you first stated, it is a "senior" Packard model known as the "Eight". All body styles of the 1936 (14th series) Eight use the same power plant and unlike the 120 it does use a water jacket cover plate.

There are 3 different chassis (wheelbases) in the 1936 Eight car line, the 1400 (127" wheelbase), the 1401 (134") and the 1402 (139"); the Business Sedan is on the 1402 chassis which has a wheelbase of 139".
