Fifth Series Six loose tie rod ends.....solution????

Our Fifth Series Six has loose tie rod ends and tends to wander and dart when it hits a seam in the road.
Before I dismantle it,I would like to know if there is a ready solution.
Is there a supplier?
Is there a rebuilder with expertise?

Certainly this bridge has been crossed many times to same me the effort of 'recreating the wheel'.....

Also....does anyone have an old Hollander's Interchange Manual which might cross reference the application?

Your thoughts??????

Bob, are your tie rod ends adjustable for wear? Many of that era were.

I've got a couple of vintage Hollanders, I'll check for you later today unless someone beats me to it.

PS- sorry, no useful information on tie rod interchange in my oldest (16th edition) Hollanders.
