Hello All,
Could anyone tell me what the stock ride height(by the book) at the front wheel and the back wheel is with suspension all the way up. I am unable to locate the info. Thanks in advance.

Check out bulletin 55T-1. http://www.packardinfo.com/xoops/html/downloads/STB/55T-1.pdf It does not give the specific ride height you are asking for but rather when the car is level with wheels on a flat surface. I believe it is the only documented info Packard provided on height.
