VEHICLE HISTORY/ PROJECT STATUS: | I found the car about 1968 at a small used car ot in Johnston R.I. not running at the time needed push button slector to be repaired along with torsion level repair,The Packard was towed to Westery R.I. to a old time Packard repair man who put the packard in running condition. I picked it u after a month and a lot of money later. It was used now And then for 5 or 6 years without a problem, the Push butonsbecame a issue againit would not go into the selected gear a big problem with reverse,it was taken off the road and garaged for a good meney years. My son showed a intrest in the Packard and we had it put back in running condition this year. We are hoping for meney years of enjoyment from the Packard | ||||
