VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
Pennsylvania car, with 3, original miles.

Bought a new battery, removed and cleaned the fuel tank, added a fuel filter at the tank, and attempted to start. Carb was gummed up, but engine runs temporarily when fuel is added to throat- sounds good. Removed carb and disassembled, cleaned, and ordered a new rebuild kit (Mike's Carburetor Parts).

Now I have to work on brakes. Master cylinder dry, but system was gone through around 1985 when the late old school man was alive and working on the car for the owner. It was driven only 2 miles after work was done. Radiator looks good, but can see no coolant there either. I guess everything evaporated over the 3 year hiatus.
