VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
In late October 212, I purchased this, my first Packard, from the estate of Harvey Bowerman (Mount Hope, ON) who passed away at the age of 95 in July 212. Harvey and his vintage cars were well known for years as he attended many local car shows and cruise nights until the end of the 211 season. Harvey also owned an early '2's Model T and '28 Dodge Brothers sedan. I can trace Harvey's ownershi
to at least May of 1973, when it was first entered in Ontario's new Ministry of Transportation computer. I would like to trace the history from its manufacture in Windsor, Ontario by The Packard Motor Car Company of Canada until that date if at all possible.
Harvey provided period autos for movies shot in the Toronto area during the eighties, including this 37 Packard Six which was used in the filming of &lsquoThe Mafia Princess&rsquo movie staring Tony Curtis in 1986.
