VEHICLE HISTORY/
PROJECT STATUS:
I have history on the car from 1953 to present. In 1953, Mark Sternheimer purchased the car. He also purchased the 1935 LeBaron Sportster that had belonged to Douglas Fairbanks Sr. That same year.

Both cars were restored identically by La Vine Restorations in Nappanee, Indiana in the 1990's. This car was restored in 1998. The Sportster was completed first and shown at Pebble Beach in 1997, but this car was not completed on time. When completed, the car was put into storage, where it remained until 2022 when purchased by its current owner. The car was shown at the Audrain Concours D'Elegance in 2023, Newport, RI.
