This is the Louvre Mounting Template, for mounting the 3 louvres on the back fenders of a 1951-52 Packard.

The is a very long piece of paper, please make sure what ever software you use prints this at 100% scale to be accurate. The centerline space between the front louvre hole and the rear two louvre holes is 3.25" on the same louvre. Please double that the measurement is correct when printed to validate.
