This is a Packard New Car Retail Delivery Inspection Sheet that I vector traced from an original one. So you can use this to print your own sheet and keep it with your car. This may be a fun thing to have in the glove box for those of you that take your cars to shows. These sheets were filled out for every car received by the dealer, and also at 1,000 and 3,000 mile inspections.

This form was originaly printed on a Browish-Yellow paper stock. So if you are going to reprint this for a show piece, you may want to find some similar stock.
