George Emblem and Henry Lawrence were brothers-in-law and business partners. They operated their Packard dealership from this location on the corner of West Palace Avenue and Burro Alley in the 1930s and 40s. A multi-story office building, The Bokum Building, now occupies the site. Lawrence bought out Emblem and moved the dealership to a new location, 110 West Palace Avenue (probably in the 1944-45 time period). |
