The car is a 1940 Packard Darrin Town Coupe on a 120 chassis. It is a one off. The young lad is Gene's grandson Charly Tareshawty,the shop foreman at Packard Youngstown.

I just bought this car out in Maryland. It has the original owner's manual and original purchase receipt. I believe the blue paint is not original, but it matches pretty close.
