View of Viscount Lord Halifax in propeller test cell for Packard Rolls-Royce Merlin XX engine. Label on back: "Lord Halifax takes the throttle in a Rolls production test cell to feel the power as he feeds the mixture to a testing engine. Twenty-six of these modern dynamometer test units will handle the production output of Packard Rolls engine, permitting a 14-hour test for each engine."
