For 20 years an expert Packard car machinist, Stanley Miarka is now surface grinder in the marine engine division at the Packard factory. Miarka is typical of thousands of Packard employees whose conversion to war work is now practically 100%. Despite its present all-time peak of employment, Packard is daily adding war workers to reach its personnel goal of 25,000 within 1942." Handwritten on back: "Conversion."
