 Re: Packard 1928 Dual Cowl PhaetonIt is indeed a lovely 4-43, but it is not a dual-cowl, or in Packard terminology, sport phaeton; but rather a phaeton with folding tonneau windshield. Thank you for posting. This is a very well known 4-43 on the West Coast and perhaps one of the best known 4-43's in the entire country. Jim Pearsall
