At the Packard National Meet in Arlington, got a chance to visit my dad at Arlington National Cemetery. I have a pass that lets you drive right in.
My dad was a big Packard fan and this car was the one he lusted over when he was 16, but could not afford. After WWII, he came back Major, he bought a new Packard every 3 years until they went out of business
This pic is overlooking the cemetery

 Thank you
Thank you so much for posting this. I am in awe of this picture. So poignant and beautiful. My own father was also a WWII veteran and has been gone now over 50 years. He was 16 when our '37 was new and I wonder what he would think of ours. We carry their memory with pride.
