Label on back: "Impressive dedication ceremonies marked the beginning of Rolls-Royce production on August 2, 1941, ten months after the signing of the contract. The Ten-Month Miracle attracted hundreds of military and government officials. Here, OPM Chief W.S. Knudsden signs in at the Packard plant."
