I know from the Ohio license plate that this is a 1948 141" wheel base 7 passenger model 2271 Super Deluxe sedan. I have other photos that clearly show the ID of this vehicle. The Super Deluxe had the same fancy interior as the Custom 8.

Actually no this is indeed a Super Eight LB Sedan. The Super Deluxe Eight was not introduced until the 23rd series. By the placement of the strip of chrome on the bottom of the car, it signifies that this is a 22nd series Packard.
