I think this is a 1951 based on the lettering on the hood.

This appears to be a 1951 Patrician 400. Note the hood ornament, the three chrome trim pieces on the rear fender, and the chrome gravel shield on the rear door.

Actually this is a 1951 400 either Derham or Dietrich. It is listed in one of the Packard club directories as a Dietrich but the logo on the fender looks more like Derham. I am currently trying to get full dat a on the car.
