That's not a formal sedan, it appears to be a style 633 sedan.

This is a very rare Packard, being a Tenth Series Twelve Model 1005 five-passenger sedan, body style 633. For many years the only one of these known to exist belonged to the late Dr. Bill Donze of Strongsville, OH long time member of VMMCA. I have the vehicle number of his car on file in my roster. Either the car pictured was Donze's or is another one entirely. It would be interesting to verify which. Thank you for posting. Jim Pearsall
