What you see in the attached picture is my creation of a Packard "service car". It is done entirely as I thought Packard would have made it. All original 115C running gear, chassis and cab. Even the back window is from the original car. The lettering on the tailgate is raised on the outside and recessed on the inside. The rear fenders are original as are the wheels. Interior upholstery is done in the correct pattern but with leather seating. The canopy shell is from an old Ford which I stripped the aluminum skin off and re-covered with varnished wood. It drives perfectly and, of course, attracts a lot of attention. I hope your viewers enjoy seeing it.

If anyone wants me to email them this picture contact me at rrusko@blacktusk.org .

Regards,

Richard Sladen,
Whistler, B. C.,
Canada.

Richard Sladen advises this is a 1937. Should it be included in the 1937 or Show And Concept car sections?

To create such a car means to turn back a legend into reality. It is great!
