Please note, Metal is on the thin side, so instead of welding , i choose to use 3m patch panel addhiesive....This gives me a strong repair, but most inportant, is making this repair water roof, and air tight.....

Started digging into the problem, found lots of mistakes.....The wood was broken, and the repair before was a piece of angle iron....This was not right, and I could not align the door proper....
