8x10 black and white Packard Co. file photograph of a 1939 Packard three-quarter right front view, top folded, during a parade, crowds lining street, police officers on motorcycles next to car, another car in background, seven other men walking behind car. Inscribed on photo back; 1939 Packard twelve, model 1708, seventeenth series, 12-cylinder, 175-horsepower, 139-inch wheelbase, 5/6-person special parade car, built for White House fleet. Official reception parade in Washington D.C. for their majesties King George VI (in lead car with President Roosevelt) & Queen Elizabeth (in second car with Mrs. Roosevelt), during 1939 state visit.

8x10 black and white Packard Co. file photograph of a 1957 Packard view from front passenger door of front interior, dashboard, steering wheel. Photo caption on back from Studebaker-Packard Corp.: Dashboards in the 1957 Packard Clipper sedan and station wagon are fiber glass with a thick, full width foam plastic safety padding overlay as standard equipment, the cars have completely new instrumentation, all instruments are grouped in front of the driver for greater visibility, flasher lights are used for generator and oil pressure indicators, the cars will be displayed in Studebaker-Packard dealer showrooms beginning Thursday, January 24, new interior fabrics in iridescent matelasse cloth are used throughout the Packard Clipper 4-door sedan, luxurious deep pile carpeting is extended to cowl kick panels and lower door trim panels emphasizing the care with which extra comfort has bee added to the new Packard Clippers.

This is a 1928 Packard Six 5-33 Sedan-Limousine with the chassis number is U133425 and the body number is 305-224. It was originally delivered by Garajes Vandewalle, a Packard dealer from Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain) and it has Spanish license plate TF-2566 since November 25th, 1927.

The car is in fine running condition and the photo was taken in 1990 in Cuidad Rodrigo (Salamanca, Spain) and was published in the spanish magazine Coche Actual. Owned by Manuel Gonzalez from Club Packard Iberica - www.packardclub.es
