Inscribed on photo back; Packard one twenty, seventeenth series, model 1702, 8-cylinder, 120-horsepower, 148-inch wheelbase, 7-person touring sedan (body type #1291), prototype, note non-production direction/point of windshield wiper blades in 'off' setting, as shown, blades point outward to windshield 'A' posts a la sixteenth series, whereas seventeenth series production blades (production) point to center windshield divider, wheel trim beauty rings.
