These pages indicate the relative rating, amongst price classes, of all cars that CR/CU tested for 1946. The Super 8 was considered subpar to Lincoln and Cadillac, but the 120 was considered a great buy compared to Oldsmobile and Buick. The 6 was considered mediocre for its price; the magazine recommended getting the 120 instead if one wanted a Packard. |
