"Official tire car, Packard, Meeley the tire man, Motor Club of Harrisburg" banner is displayed on back of car. The Motor Club of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania sponsored spring and fall reliability contests which covered routes through Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.
