Inscribed on photo back; Packard 3-35, third series twin-six (produced 8/1919-6/1923, oft called fourth series), 12-cylinder, 90-horsepower, 136-inch wheelbase, 6-person special Victoria by Fleetwood, David Lloyd George visit to New York, N.Y., Oct. 6th 1923, passing Battery Park, note folding forward upper portion of windshield, fenders, narrow body as it connects with apex of rear fender which when considering the obvious presence of forward-facing auxiliary seats, suggest a 6-person body, folded top is Victoria type, wire wheels, bumper bar.

8x10 black and white photograph of a 1920-1923 Packard right side view of rear interior, rear door opened, top lowered, parked on street, apartment buildings and statue in background. Inscribed on photo back; Packard twin six by Fleetwood, 6-person touring car, equipped with forward-facing auxiliary seats, folding tonneau windshield having hinged side wings. Fleetwood did use chassis apron compartment doors (?) similar to the ones on this car. Photographs exist of late 'teens/early twenties Cadillacs, Packards, etc. having these features; the exact placement seems to differ, not only from one marquee to another, but from one Packard to another. The windshield angle and beveled body rail also suggest Fleetwood.
