20" inner tubes

Does anyone know a supplier of inner tubes that have a 90 degree bend in the valve stem that will fit a 1930 Packard 733 disc rim ? It has 650-20 tires.

I'm also looking for a passenger's side sun visor ( or a pair of sun visors) for the same car.
