Removing front clip

Hello everyone I am going to get into the garage tomorrow to work on my 1941 clipper any segestions on removing the front clip? Will it come off in one piece or do I need to remove the bumper then grills then the front fenders? I am looking to get better access to to the engine to get it running and cleaned up and painted. Thanks in advance! I really appreciate any advice!
