1930 Dealer Info. Trowt and Murray ??

Does anyone know anything about this dealer? The chassis plate reads "Trowt & Murray" and "& Murray" with no location. It is from a 1930 740. Any ideas of where this dealer might have been from? Thanks in advance. GZ
