Packard usually put the curtains behind the front seat, but all the car makers back then loved to put compartments all over their cars and yours may have been lost along the way.

Try one of the museums for a facsimilie set. You may be able to borrow a set to copy.

I have a picture of a 14 and a 22 with the curtains installed, but I don't have a scanner.

I knew an old timer - Charlie Clancy - and come winter the curtains went up on his Caddy 12 and stayed there until spring.
