I'd speak with Dave Lockhard, he probably knows more about Packard trucks than anyone alive and deals regularly with them and with other owners of them. He's founder of the Packard Truck Organization which is affiliated with The Packard Club and is also PAC's Roster Keeper for Packard trucks.
