I see no one has suggested anyone in the OKC area for your Packard. You might want to contact Terry Weiss in Tyler TX. Not exactly close to OKC, but not too far. Terry is a great Packard mechanic. His shop is not set up for major restorations (paint and upholstery), but great for general mechanical work. He got my 39 120 running smooth and quiet as well as stoping on a dime quickly and reasonably.
