Contact Egge, they are the source for the rollers and pins and may have the bearings as well. If not, the old cam bearing shells can be rebabbitted and this is rather commonly and successfully done for cam bearings, I'd recommend Pauls Rod & Bearing in Parkville, MO for this work.parkville.info/pauls/
