Luggage rack and trunk colour '35 Super Eight?

I've been asked a question by the owner of a '35 Super Eight.

"a question...re the color of the luggage rack and trunk, would you think they should be gloss BLACK same as the bumper brackets or BLUE same as the car is painted?"

Looking at various photos I see most are body colour with others mudguard(fender) colour where that differs from body colour, while one has a black rack.

So seeing I'm unsure, but tend to think it would be body colour, need advice so I can advise the owner.
