Repair of a Dash light dimmer switch on a 37 Super Eight

I am looking for someone that could repair the dashlight dimming switch on my 37 Super eight. It appears to have a small piece broken off on the bottom rim. I have included a picture which seems to be extremely large. But if you look you can see in the 3:00 to 7:00 position where it gets shiny, that is the area that seems to be broken out. Can this be fixed or does it need to be replaced.
