The green plastic is correct for the Multi-Toned interior.
However, I have only seen an original green multi-toned convertible on the 120, and the parts book doesn't show green plastic for the 160. It only shows Tan, Black, and Brown, for the 160. However, I have seen original blue plastic on a 160 so the green is probably okay.

I don't think the radio came in green but heater controls did come in green.

The interior should be darker green leather with light green broadcloth with, although I've seen claims that all leather was offered. Why Packard would do that I don't know because all leather was already standard.

And that VIN plate looks to be faked. DE was a paint and trim option for body 1279. It is not part of the serial number.
