1933 (?) Packard Super 8 BARNFIND!

Well L will try to be brief-hard for me. I met a new employee at work and were talking out our interests outside of work-well I mentioned I was into old cars. Well the young man asks me what I have- I tell him a 1955 Packard and a 1965 Olds convertible. Well he says hmmmm-Packard, my gradparents have one of those. I ask him what year-he says its from the 30s but is not sure of the exact year. Well i ask him (thinking he might be pulling my leg) next time you visit them take some photos and email them to me. Well last week I got the photos-I WAS ASTOUNDED-it was a 1933 or 1934 SUPER 8 7-pass sedan. Now I apologize for the poor quality of pictures I am posting I had to photo the pictures with my own cheapie digit camera to make them postable. So he tells me the story-his great grandfather bought the car new in 1933-drove for less than a decade, then in WWII put it in storage-and there it remained for the better parts of SEVEN DECADES. Fortunately the structure was sturdy with no water leaks. My friend states the car was last started in the late 50's or early 60's and only because they had to get a piece of equipment out of the garage. As you can see in the photos it has many years of dust on it but it is remarkably intact-I liken it to a time capsule. The Grandfather would like to get some money for the car but the grandmother-whose father bought it is inclined to hold on to it-I would love to be able to buy this car but what would a reasonable offer be on it assuming the engine is free and it looks as good in person as it looks in the photos. I know to get it running at the very least would require the gas tank cleaned and sealed, the car rebuilt, the engine tuned ect. BUT WHAT A FIND this would be!
