Methinks that warlord would have been better off taking his armored car instead of the train on his last trip. If the steel didn't protect him well enough surely the bodyguards fastened to the car with nowhere to hide and no way to take cover would have given their all in the line of duty. I don't know if they had much in the way of bulletproof body armor then but I guess he would get some kind of added cover behind their strapped on bodies.
