Marty,

You should have two switches, like the one shown in your picture. They go in the two green holes. The top one turns on the map light, that should be mounted under the dash rail, right above the gas gauge.

The other, lower switch turns on the lights for the instruments, only when the parking or headlights are turned on.

The choke goes in the red hole. The blue hole is not original, someone drilled it in the dash.

There is no throttle on the dash, only on the steering wheel.

The Jaeger clock is well built. It does not tolerate over winding, and will lock up. The only fix I've done on them is to replace the main balance wheel with one from an earlier (oval) Jaeger Packard clock.

The Northeast speedometer magnet is subject to loss of force. On mine I had to re-magnetize the magnet to get it to read correctly.
