I'm not sure about the flywheel differences but I know that a complete 1941 six will bolt in to a 1937 115C as it did that many years ago.
There may be a clearance issue between the 1937 water pump and the 1941 radiator due to the different style of pump.

Yes, the 1941 transmission will bolt up to a 1937 block.

Edit: The 1937 water pump is about 7/16" longer from the front of the motor block to the end of the shaft. The pulley and fan are also different than the 1941 and will not interchange.
