That is not an actual picture. It's a sales slide and not accurate.

As built there was a valve threaded vertically into the cylinder head top (the original tended to leak and ruin a nice paint job unless soldered open or shut). The return line was as illustrated but used two heavy gauge sheet metal guides for the return tube which bolted under the cylinder head acorns.

Some cars have a threaded plug already in place. Getting the plug out may be a difficult task.

As well, the dealer installed unit was often crooked because parallax occurred if drilling through the firewall from the engine compartment side.
